On June 11, 2021, in the cemetery in Małogoszcz, students of the Małogoszcz Secondary School met with the managers of Warsaw Jewish cemeteries. The meeting was organized by the Local Patriots of the Małogoszcz Commune.
The director of the Jewish cemetery at ul. Okopowa in Warsaw, Witold Wrzosiński and the manager of the Jewish cemetery in Bródno in Warsaw, Remigiusz Sosnowski gave a lecture during which they introduced students to information about Jewish culture, in particular elements concerning funeral ceremonies, burial rules and the rituals of mourning.
The meeting was attended by Urszula Woźnica, Beata Lubelska and the initiator and organizer of the meeting – Tomasz Warzyński. In May, the youth from the Secondary School Complex in Małogoszcz cleaned the Jewish cemetery in their city during a five-day volunteer campaign.
